These terms govern your use of this website and the company formation, visa, PRO and advisory services provided by Company Setup Consultant (“we”, “us”). By using the website or engaging our services you agree to them.

2. Information on this website

Content on this website is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Rules, fees and requirements are set by UAE authorities and can change; we confirm the details that apply to you in writing before you proceed.

3. Our services

The scope, fees and timelines of each engagement are set out in the quotation you accept. We prepare and submit applications carefully and keep you informed at each stage.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents. Delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate information are outside our control.

5. Government fees and approvals

Government, free zone and bank fees are separate from our service fees and are generally non-refundable once submitted. Final approval of any licence, visa or bank account rests with the relevant authority or bank.

6. Payment and cancellation

Fees are payable as stated in your quotation. If you cancel before submission, any refund of our service fee is agreed case by case; third-party fees already paid cannot be recovered.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by authorities or banks, or for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
