In the UAE, residence visas for business owners and staff are sponsored by a licensed company. That means the visa is linked to your trade license.
Once your company is licensed and has an establishment card, it can sponsor residence visas for its shareholders and employees. Visas are processed by the GDRFA in Dubai, or by the ICP for most other emirates and many free zones.
For shareholders and partners of a UAE company. It lets you live in the UAE through your own business, get an Emirates ID and open personal bank accounts.
For staff your company hires. Your company sponsors the visa and work permit for each employee, based on your visa allocation.
Once you hold a residence visa, you may be able to sponsor your spouse, children and, in some cases, parents, if you meet the requirements.
Help with renewing residence visas before they expire, and cancelling visas when an employee leaves or the company closes.
